Q. Will your products work with my MS office version? A. Our templates are compatible with MS Word and MS PowerPoint Version 79, XP, 2000, 2003 and above. Our logos, backgrounds, icons and clipart can be used in any version of MS Word or MS PowerPoint. Back To the Top Q. Are your products compatible with Open Office? A. Our products can be opened and used with Open Office, although we recommend using MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint etc. Back To the Top Q. What are the system requirements to use your products? A. Our products can be used on PC or Mac operating systems. You will need to either have MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint or Office for Mac. Our products are compatible with Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP and VISTA operating systems. Back To the Top Q. In what format is the product downloaded? A. Our MS Word Templates and PowerPoint Templates are presented in their native format and can only be opened using applications and software that is compatible with their format. Our JPEGImagePacks that is available for download with the PowerPoint Templates are presented in ZIP format. Our logos, clipart, icons and backgrounds are presented in Word, JPEG, PNG and EPS format. Back To the Top Q. What software do I need to open the download? A. To open our MS Word or PowerPoint Templates you will need to have MS Word and MS PowerPoint installed on your system. To open and extract the JPEGImagePack that can be downloaded with each PowerPoint, you will need WinZip or WinRAR installed on your system. Back To the Top Q. Where on my computer is the download saved? A. When you download any of our products, a window will pop-up asking you to specify a location where the download can be saved. You will then have to choose your desired location. It is important that you remember this location. After the download is complete you will be able to find your template, icon, background or clipart in the location that you specified. Back To the Top Q. What makes your MS Word and PowerPoint Template unique? A. Our templates are pre-formatted professionally designed marketing material that you can use for your own marketing, training or educational needs. Each MS Word and PowerPoint Template is pre-designed with relevant high quality industry graphics and equipped with pre-formatted layout textboxes. All you need to do is download the template, customize it by replacing the text in the textboxes with your own and you are ready to make a lasting impression with your next presentation. All our templates are customizable and you can easily add or delete pages. Back To the Top Using our MS Word TemplatesQ. How do I replace the text in the textboxes with my own? A. Open your MS Word Template. You can simply click on the textboxes that has already been provided and customize the text within the textbox by replacing it with your own valid text. Back To the Top Q. How do I insert or add a textbox? A. We recommend you copy and paste present textboxes on your existing pages, rather than inserting a complete new textbox. Unless you have a good working knowledge of MS Word, inserting a new textbox might present you with layout complications. You can easily add a new textbox by copying an already present textbox from a previous page. Navigate to the page with a present textbox. Click on the textbox. The textbox will now be selected. With the textbox still selected, click on the frame or outline of the textbox. Depending on your version of Word, you can navigate to the top command bar and click on "Copy". Now navigate to the page where you want to add or insert a text box. On the command bar, at the top of the application, click "Paste". A copy of the textbox from the previous page will now be inserted on your current page. To insert a brand new textbox, you can navigate with your mouse to the command bar at the top of the application. Click on "Insert", choose "Textbox" and then "Simple Textbox". With the textbox still selected, click on "Shapefill" and choose "No Fill". This will give the textbox a transparent background, making it possible to place the textbox on top of a background image. Now click on "Shape Outline" and choose "No Outline". This will remove the border from the textbox. Back To the Top Q. How do I add a blank page to the document? A. To insert a blank page in your document, navigate to the page break where you would like the page to be inserted. Navigate with your mouse to the top command bar and click on "Insert" and then choose "Blank Page". A blank page will now have been inserted in your document. Back To the Top Q .How do I insert an image as a background on a blank page? A. Selected the page where you want to use the image as a background. Navigate with your mouse to the top command bar of the application and click on "Insert" and then select "Picture". A window will pop-up asking you to browse and select the image you want to insert on your page. Click on the image and then click on "Insert". The image will just be randomly placed on the page. To change the position of the image on the page, click on the image and navigate to the top command bar of the application. Click on "Position" and choose "Position in middle with square text wrapping". To make sure that your image is displayed as a background you will have to right click the image, and selected "Order" and choose "Send Behind Text". Now you will be able to place text on top of your image. Back To the Top Q. How do I delete an image, page or textbox? A. You can delete and image or textbox simply by clicking on it and then pressing the "Delete" button on your keyboard. To delete a page you have to select the page by clicking on it and then pressing either "Backspace" or "Delete". Back To the Top Q. What DPI print quality are the Word Templates? A. How do I replace the text in the textboxes with my own? A. You can click on the textboxes that are already present within the PowerPoint Template. Simply delete the text within the boxes and replace it with your own. Back To the Top Q. How do I insert a new text block? A. Navigate with your mouse to the top command bar of the application, and click on "Insert" and select "Textbox". Navigate back to your page and with your mouse, drag and box where you would like your textbox to appear. Back To the Top Q. How do I add a blank slide to the document? A. Open your PowerPoint template. In your slides pane to the left of your window, place your mouse on the space in between the pages where you would like to add a new page. Right click with your mouse and choose "New Slide". This will insert a blank new slide. Back To the Top Q. How do I insert a new image from the JPEGImagePack? A. Unzip the JPEGImagePack, using WinZip, or WinRAR, to your specified folder. Open your PowerPoint Template. Insert a new slide. Navigate with your mouse to the top command bar and click on "Insert" and choose "Picture". A window will pop up asking you to browse for your image. Find your image, select it and click on "Insert". The image will now have been placed in the background on top of your new slide. Back To the Top Q. How do I delete an image, page or textbox? A. Simply click on the image, or textbox. A frame selection will appear around the image or textbox. Click on the frame and press the delete button on your keyboard. To delete a slide, navigate to the "slides pane" on the left of your screen. Right-click on the slide you want to delete and choose "Delete Slide". Back To the Top Q.
